So I finally made the Mushroom Nut Loaf that I wanted to make for Thanksgiving! It is SUPER good! Sorry about how I look in the second part of the video! I had just woken up and could wait to try it! LOL! Also, I had just said that the Tomatoes were soaked in oil...but didn't mention that it is EVOO, not just any ol' oil! Hope you guys enjoy!!

I faux "meat"loaf made with lentils and brown rice. I always kind of estimate with ingredients but here a loose list of ingredients and measurements :] 2 Cups of brown rice 1 1/2 cups of lentils 1 cup of chopped raw onion 1/2 cup of ketchup garlic powder, pepper, and salt to taste Preheat oven to 350!
